These are our terms in short
| • | By buying a Cockpit premium package you receive the right for one developer to use this package for software development. |
| • | You are allowed to use all free Cockpit packages that depend on the premium packages you purchased. Please note that some free packages require multiple premium packages. |
| • | Cockpit dlls may be distributed to your end customers unlimited in number and royalty free. They must not be redistributed as part of other development tools. When in doubt, contact us. |
| • | If you are using Cockpit libraries that adapt third party dlls, you must adhere to the licensing terms of their respective manufacturers. |
| • | You are not allowed to disclose the source you will receive with the packages you buy. |
| • | You are not allowed to use the source you will receive to create similar developer products. |
| • | We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of Cockpit. |
| • | We are not liable for bugs in the O/S or adapted dlls. |
